1. Production risk
You only pay for kWh produced and consumed. Inverter outage or less sun costs you nothing. CleverNett provides 24/7 monitoring, maintenance, insurance and repairs.
2. Price and indexation
A fixed kWh price or a transparent indexation formula is set in the contract. No hidden fees.
3. Sale, relocation or roof renovation
- Transfer: the new owner or tenant takes over the contract.
- Early buy-out: at a transparent residual value agreed upfront.
- Renovation: roof condition assessed beforehand, with agreements for temporary removal.
4. Negative prices and curtailment
Our EMS and the battery automatically steer charging, discharging and injection. You carry no financial market risk.
5. End of contract
